Terms of reservation:
- check-in time: from 3 PM if possible but not later than 10 PM
- check-out time: before 11 AM
- all confirmations must be written (mail, e-mail or fax message) & guaranteed with a credit card number, expiration date and security code (Mastercard or VISA)

Cancellation policy:

- a written confirmation is necessary in case of cancellation
- any cancellation within 21 days prior to check-in date, we will charge 30% of the total amount of stay
- any cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in date or in case of no-show, we will charge the total amount of stay
